The North Texas Commission announced the appointment of David Tesmer, senior vice president for advocacy and community benefit for Texas Health Resources, as board secretary for the 2012 fiscal year.
In addition, new board members added include Jeff Fegan, CEO of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, Trent Smith, senior VP of network development, Jason Gray, city manager, City of McKinney, and Kevin Ward, general manager of Trinity River Authority.
