During the event, attendees heard from Sean Suggs, Toyota's Group Vice President, Social Innovation, as he shared his personal journey and inspired North Texans to create and develop people-centered company cultures. After Mr. Suggs' comments, Stephen Lewis, Toyota's General Manager of Diversity and Inclusion, led a panel conversation highlighting best practices on how to create people-centered company cultures. The panel featured Tatsumi Paredes, Toyota's Diversity & Inclusion Consulting Lead, Christina Brooks, the City of Fort Worth's Chief Equity Officer, and Melissa Corwin, AT&T's VP of Employee Experience.

Sean Suggs is group vice president, Social Innovation, for Toyota Motor North America (TMNA), where he is responsible for the organization’s community engagement, workforce development, inclusive mobility, and diversity and inclusion strategy. He previously served as president of Toyota’s manufacturing plant in Blue Springs, Mississippi, where he was responsible for all manufacturing and administration functions.
