Caitlyn Sartin

As Stakeholder Relations and Leadership Development Manager for the North Texas Commission, Caitlyn is responsible for serving as the liaison for Leadership North Texas, Emerging Leaders, and Mentor programs, fostering regional collaboration and leadership development. In her role, she supports senior management with Board and Executive Committee functions, manages the Nominating Committee process, and leads the coordination of the Awards Committee. She also plays a key role in organizing North Texas Regional Briefings for Newly Elected Officials and provides essential support for events and office logistics. Caitlyn holds a B.S. in Human Development & Family Studies from Texas Tech University. She currently resides in Aubrey with her husband Dillon, daughter Willow, and two dogs, Duke and Tessa.
