Dawn Miller

Dawn Miller is the Chief Administrative Officer of the Commission, overseeing its operations, performance, and overall success. In this role, she provides strategic financial guidance and administrative leadership to support senior management in key decision-making. Dawn also manages office operations and procedures to ensure organizational efficiency, effectiveness, and safety.
A cornerstone of the NTC staff, Dawn has been with the organization for over 35 years. She and her husband, Doug, live in Sanibel, Florida, and have three grown children.
