North Texas Aviation Marketing Committee Attends 16th National Business Aviation Association Conference
Eleven representatives from North Texas attended the 62nd Annual Meeting and Convention for the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) in Orlando, Fla., on Oct. 20-22. The North Texas Aviation Marketing Committee (NTAMC) is made up of 10 entities representing North Texas municipalities, business firms and general aviation airports. Each year, the North Texas Commission invites these allies to attend the NBAA show in a joint effort to market the region and its general aviation assets.
The mission of the NTAMC is the market the vast business aviation assets available in the region; inform national and international business aviation executives of the region’s progressive and prosperous aviation environment; and identify and cultivate economic development and business aviation prospects.
This year, the group unveiled a new booth at the trade show that served as a tool to showcase the breadth and depth of the aviation assets available to businesses and organizations within North Texas. More than 450 people visited the booth for materials that contained specific information on our regional aviation resources.
