
Ben Schwartzberg
Chief of Staff

Ben serves as the Chief of Staff for the North Texas Commission. In his role, he serves as Program & Operations Support, Scheduling, and Calendar Management. He will oversee NTC's CRM & Membership Administration and will assist with Events & External Engagement. A little about Ben, he was born and raised in Houston, Texas. He attended and graduated from Texas Tech University in 2020. He is a seasoned congressional staffer with extensive experience in constituent services, community engagement, and veteran advocacy. He has served in district offices for two Members of Congress in Texas. His work includes managing high-volume constituent casework involving federal agencies, staffing members at community and veterans’ events, and serving as a key liaison to veterans’ organizations and the VA. He has organized and executed major veteran-focused events, including roundtables and commemorations, trained new employees and interns, and built strong relationships with community stakeholders. He also understands the congressional service academy nomination process and has reviewed, interviewed, and recommended students for admission to U.S. military academies, demonstrating a strong commitment to public service and community impact. In Ben’s free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Bekah, and their dog Bailey. Ben is an avid Texas Tech and Houston sports fan.
