North Texas Commission Adds New Team Members

The North Texas Commission, a regional, public-private partnership, has added two new members to its staff. Kerri Ressl joins as Vice President, Development and Community Relations, and Amber Zuckerman will serve as Director, Stakeholder Relations. Ressl and Zuckerman will work together to foster collaboration among the members of the 45-year-old organization and encourage greater stakeholder engagement.

Ressl joins the North Texas Commission most recently from Sabre Corporation where she served as the Director of Executive Communications providing communications support and counsel to their Travel Network executive leadership team. Previously, Ressl worked at The University of Texas at Arlington where she held several positions including Director for the Leadership Center and Leadership Studies lecturer for the College of Education. She served 10 years in various roles in external affairs, including the Senior Associate Director for the University’s office of Development and served as the Assistant Director for Membership and Marketing for the UT Arlington Alumni Association.

Zuckerman joins the team from the Friends of the Levitt Pavilion. In her role with the Arlington non-profit, she served as Director of Development and developed strategic partnerships and built an annual donor base. Before joining Levitt, Zuckerman was the Assistant Director for Community Relations at The University of Texas at Arlington where she oversaw community engagement events across the campus.
